At Syntec Numérique’s Ordinary General Meeting on May 21, 2015, the appointment of thirteen directors to its Board of Directors was ratified, elected from the three colleges: Digital Services Company (ESN), Software Publishers, and Technology Consulting companies.
Jonathan Amar (Deletec), Guy Mamou-Mani (Groupe Open), Christian Poyau (Micropole) and Olivier Vallet (Sopra Steria Group) are re-elected to the ESN College, joined by three new directors: François Hisquin (Octo Technology), Marc Palazon (Smile) and Jérôme Siméon (Capgemini).
Michel Isnard (Red Hat) and Bernard Ourghanlian (Microsoft France) have been re-elected to the software vendor board, along with three new directors: Pierre Leurent (Voluntis), Chantal Penelon (Aareon) and Bernard Peugnet (Talentia Software).
Pascal Brier (Altran technologies) is re-elected to the Technology Consulting Board.
