The Board of Directors has thirty-two members, representing the three trades represented by Syntec Numérique: digital services companies (ESN), software publishers and technology consulting.

You have untilFridayApril 8, 2016midnightto submit your application for one of the three Collèges métiers.
At the Ordinary General Meeting on June 8, you will be given two minutes to present your candidacy to Syntec Numérique’s electorate.
Nominations will be online on the Syntec Numérique website from April 29, 2016, and communicated to members before the General Meeting.

*Member companies nominating candidates for election to the Board of Directors must have been members of the Company for at least two (2) years in order to be eligible to stand for election (article 16.2 of the Articles of Association).
** In accordance with Syntec Numérique’s Articles of Association, candidates must be up to date with their membership dues before submitting their application.After validation by the Statutory Committee, applications will be posted on the Syntec Numérique website.
