Baromètre PME / ETI – Access to markets – 4th edition
Public and private procurement markets are not always favorable to digital SMEs. The fourth edition of Syntec Numérique’s SME/ETI barometer shows that access to public procurement is still difficult for companies, despite the fact that their interest in public procurement is not waning, thanks in particular to the government’s simplification drive.
As a result, a majority of companies still consider tendering procedures to be sometimes obscure. Access to private-sector contracts seems simpler and clearer for SMEs, who have more confidence in the procedures in place. Nonetheless, many of them have noted inappropriate practices or abuse of subcontracting practices. Spotlight on the 2016 results.
” Syntec Numérique contributes to the dissemination of information to its members throughout France. Our SME Commission is also mobilized to publicize the difficulties faced by digital companies in accessing public and private markets. Our large corporations and SMEs need to work together more effectively, as this is the only way for all our companies to become more competitive. “,
