The GreenTech, Transport tech and Fintech sectors are recruiting the most. <\/p>\n<p>Recruitment continues to be difficult, due to the severe shortage of people trained in the digital sector, strong competition on the job market and pressure on salaries.<\/p>\n<p>Digital companies see generative AI as a real opportunity to improve their business and develop new business for their customers.<\/p>\n<p>2024 is set to be another year of growth for the sector, with an estimated +5.8% and a market expected to reach 70 billion next year.
