It brings together Syntec Num\u00e9rique&#8217;s current members &#8211; data hosts, application publishers, consultancies and companies specializing in machine learning. Mutual insurance companies and healthcare establishments are also involved.  <\/p>\n<p>The creation of this working group comes at a time when the Institut national des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 (INDS) is being set up to act as a one-stop shop for requests for access to the Syst\u00e8me national des donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9 (SNDS) for the purpose of carrying out a study, research or evaluation of public interest.<\/p>\n<p>The 2016 French Health Act stipulates that companies producing health products and health insurers must either use an independent consultancy or research organization to gain access to the SNDS, or demonstrate that the access procedures will in no way enable the SNDS to be used for the prohibited purposes identified in the law.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<section class=\"py-1.5\">\n            <div class=\"align wp-block-quote\">\n            \n            \n            \n                            <p><p>According to <strong>Alexandre Vainchtock<\/strong>, &#8220;<em>the ambition of this new working group is to federate the players in the medico-administrative database sector, and to position Syntec Num\u00e9rique as a force to be reckoned with by the INDS, by providing expertise and independence &#8211; essential to the use of these databases as a \u2018trusted third party\u2019<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>rn<\/p>\n<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n<div class=\"align wp-block-texte\">\n                                    <p><strong>Syntec Num\u00e9rique is already taking part in government initiatives on healthcare data<\/strong>, from the Open Data work led by the French Ministry of Health, to the \u201cFacilitating access to data\u201d and \u201cHealthcare data analysis sector\u201d working groups of the Comit\u00e9 Strat\u00e9gique de Fili\u00e8re (CSF), and the work underway at SGMAP.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1330,"template":"","tags":[2171,2134],"region":[],"thematique":[],"secteur_activite":[],"vision_geographique":[],"class_list":["post-22097","position_influence","type-position_influence","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-personal-data","tag-press-release"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/position_influence\/22097","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/position_influence"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/position_influence"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1330"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=22097"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=22097"},{"taxonomy":"region","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/region?post=22097"},{"taxonomy":"thematique","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/thematique?post=22097"},{"taxonomy":"secteur_activite","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/secteur_activite?post=22097"},{"taxonomy":"vision_geographique","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vision_geographique?post=22097"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
