Economic and financial sanctions, export restrictions<\/p>\n

The French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Economic Recovery provides information on the implementation of economic and financial sanctions against Russia, and suggests e-mail contact points from this dedicated page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For companies affected by the conflict in Ukraine, the French government has put together a FAQ ( frequently asked questions)<\/a>, which is updated as the situation unfolds, covering the full range of measures available.<\/p>\n

On April 14, 2022, Bercy’s DAJ published a new fact sheet on how to implement the provisions of the new Council Regulation (EU) no. 2022\/576 of April 8, 2022<\/a><\/u> which adopts a new set of sanctions against Russia.<\/p>\n

TheDAJ practical information sheet<\/a><\/u> explains how buyers and concession-granting authorities can implement these provisions.<\/p>\n

On August 26, 2022, the European Commission<\/u> also published an update of<\/a> its frequently asked questions on public procurement sanctions against Russia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n
