{"id":22855,"date":"2017-02-03T10:54:16","date_gmt":"2017-02-03T10:54:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/notes-de-position\/capping-the-number-of-trainees-penalizes-the-digital-market-which-needs-to-recruit-35000-people\/"},"modified":"2025-05-29T11:11:55","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T11:11:55","slug":"capping-the-number-of-trainees-penalizes-the-digital-market-which-needs-to-recruit-35000-people","status":"publish","type":"position_influence","link":"https:\/\/preprod25.numeum.fr\/en\/notes-de-position\/capping-the-number-of-trainees-penalizes-the-digital-market-which-needs-to-recruit-35000-people\/","title":{"rendered":"Capping the number of trainees penalizes the digital market, which needs to recruit 35,000 people."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"align wp-block-texte\">\n                                    <p>In a sector that expects to recruit 35,000 people this year, the vast majority of them executives, internships are particularly important: attracting young people to our digital professions, introducing them to them, training them to meet the needs of our companies are all steps that require an internship period.<\/p>\n<p>For them, it&#8217;s an opportunity to learn to love our sector, to discover the \u201cstart-up\u201d spirit for some, and the search for major groups for others. And for our companies, it&#8217;s a chance to train them in our still little-known professions. We are also delighted by the decision to increase their bonus, due from the second month onwards, and to include them in the personnel register, in recognition of their real role in our companies.  <\/p>\n<p>However, we are astonished that the draft law currently under discussion leaves students with so few opportunities to make the most of their training, in a framework that is counterproductive for us as employers, even though the Cherpion law of 2011 proposed a clear and balanced framework.<\/p>\n<p>Although well-intentioned, the time limit will prevent projects from being monitored, and force schools to revise their programs. What will become of the highly formative gap years, which enabled our students to acquire real experience, in such a system? We are also surprised that only courses in the social field, considered \u201clong\u201d, benefit from an exemption.  <\/p>\n<p>Capping the number of trainees is a particularly unnecessary complication, and one that has extremely serious consequences for innovative companies and digital start-ups. These companies recruit large numbers of interns. They offer an unforgettable experience of responsibility and commitment to a project.
